Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable 3PL Crew Members to join our fulfilment team. This role is hands-on and central to the success of our warehouse operations. Crew members ensure the accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of client inventory to meet strict service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Operations

  • Receive and unload shipments, checking goods against documentation for accuracy.

  • Record inbound stock in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ensure products are stored in the correct locations, maintaining stock integrity.

  • Picking and Packing

  • Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or WMS-directed processes.

  • Pack orders efficiently, ensuring products are secure and meet client presentation standards.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collection.

  • Dispatch and Outbound

  • Organise and stage packed orders ready for carrier pickup.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are dispatched.
  • Assist with same-day and next-day dispatch requirements.

  • General Warehouse Duties

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.

  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and forklifts (if licensed).
  • Support stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to WHS guidelines.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks (lifting, moving stock).
  • Basic computer literacy (WMS or scanning devices experience preferred).
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or 3PL experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Forklift licence highly regarded (not mandatory).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including peak periods.
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
