**About the Role**:
3M are currently recruiting a skilled Logistics Coordinator. Must have 1 - 2 years' experience within a Logistics coordinator or Administrator role.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the transport officer with all ANZ 3M shipping & receiving locations
- Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure operations run smoothly
- Validating and approving all freight related invoices for AP, with support from 3rd party suppliers
- Executing system transactions to complete receipt of inbound import shipments
- Assisting in import container scheduling activity, taking into consideration the container complexity and other important factors
- Creating workflow charts to help the transport team
- Creating and running Excel reports for adhoc and monthly reporting
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening and writing)
- 1 -2 years' experience in similar role
- Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
- Sound investigative skills, with great attention to detail
- Systems: must be proficient in Excel & Sales Force is a bonus
- Good time management skills, organized and reliable, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to work process changes
- Ability to comply with relevant 3M policies and regulations

This is a 12 month contract position with a possibility for extension.
