We are currently looking for an energetic, customer focused Customer Interaction Consultant to join our call Centre team located in Fortitude valley
**The Position**
The Customer Interaction Consultant (Aftersales) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsible for customer follow up for all Service Departments (Parramatta BMW & MINI, Castle Hill BMW, Brisbane BMW and Westside BMW).
Reporting to the Customer Interaction Teams Manager, in this role your will be responsible for inbound and outbound aftersales customer communications across various brands and stores, including BMW, Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen. You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams in Sime Darby Group by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.
Working within our Customer Interaction Centre (call centre), you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Answering inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner (working on a rotating roster).
- Making Service bookings and assisting customers with service enquiries
- Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services
- Ensure attention to detail and adherence to set standards and instructions in entering customer information and booking details
- Data entry and maintenance of customer and vehicle information in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all Sime Darby Motors customers and Internal Stakeholders.
**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience**:
- First class customer service skills
- A confident phone manner with the ability to convert inbound and outbound calls to appointments
- Experience in the automotive industry with competency in dealer management systems (Pentana and Xtime) will be beneficial but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a dedicated and dynamic team
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experience, utilising your communication skills & maintaining a busy schedule. Being on the front line of service delivery within the business this role is extremely important in maintaining service standards of vehicle manufactures and the wider Sime Darby Motors group.

**This position will be a Monday - Friday rotating roster - 7.30am - 5.30pm with an occasional saturday** shift
