**The Company**
Our client is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets within excess of 1,500 employees across Australia. They are looking for an experienced outbound customer service representative to join their After-Sales Department on a temporary ongoing basis.

**The Role**
As a
**Customer Service Representative** your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
- Answering inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and
professional manner (working on a rotating roster)
- Making Service bookings and assisting customers with service
enquiries
- Working in a team supporting the aftersales teams
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday rotating roster - 7.30am - 5.30pm
- **Location**: Church St, Parramatta
- **Salary**: $57,000 + Superannuation

**You**
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:

- **Experience within a call center/contact center is preferred**:

- **Confident and comfortable over the phone**:

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a repetitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
