**The Role**
The APS 6 ICT Service Manager position will be located at our Anzac Park West office in Canberra or our Laverton office in Melbourne as part of the ERP Support Organisation (ESO). The position works within the team responsible for the delivery of ICT sustainment services.

This position is responsible for coordinating development activities and sustainment services between a managed service provider and Defence business areas. The role will be responsible for liaising with the service provider, monitoring performance and providing inputs into their performance management. This position is critical in managing relationships between various business areas including Groups and Services. This position requires a Baseline security clearance.

**About our Team**
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a key enabler of the One Defence reform agenda. ERP will standardise and integrate critical functions needed to run the Department into a single SAP platform resulting in a major capability uplift for Defence. The Program will standardise, simplify and align processes and technology and implement a whole of Defence transformation across Groups and Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be able to work autonomously when required but also be a strong team player. A core requirement will be the ability to work independently in order to achieve effective and efficient delivery of business outcomes. The role has a variety of responsibilities, so a skilled generalist with strong verbal and written communication skills would excel in this role.
