As a Manager, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality and accurate services to clients by working closely with offshore teams. You will also manage the relationship with clients to ensure the effective delivery of services. Please note that some ad hoc duties are required.

In your first few weeks in this Transfer Agency Manager role, you can expect to:

- Generate, review and distribute periodic quarterly statements, distribution statements and exit statements to investors and clients within SLAs
- Review, clear and sign off bank reconciliations statements
- Review pending and settled reports to HiTrust and Workflow and distribute them to investors
- Manage the compliance requirements for clients
- Proactively address client queries and issues to complete resolution.
- Experience working with offshoring models
- High-level attention to detail
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- An understanding and interest in financial markets.
