**About the role**:
join our team as a Payroll & HR Reporting Analyst, where you'll take charge of coordinating and administering the fortnightly payroll process. Your responsibilities will include preparing the exception tracker, gathering supporting documentation, and ensuring a seamless payroll operation. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in the HR reporting cycle, preparing insightful dashboard reports, and providing Analytical support for various performance and reward task, initiatives and Projects.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Administering and coordinating fortnightly payroll for approximately 350 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Processing new starters and leavers including parental leave, termination and redundancy
- Performing pay and leave entitlement reconciliations
- Administering all position and hierarchy changes in payroll system
- Assisting with annual salary increase, end of month and end of financial year activities
- Fortnightly/Monthly HR reporting and remuneration survey data (HR Metrics, Org Chart and reporting using Preceda)
- HR metric reporting and dashboard update

**About you**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- HR systems and HRIS experience (Preceda experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Tertiary education in accounting or related discipline (desirable but not essential)
- Completion of payroll related training, such as TAPS will be advantageous
