Join a leading charity and peak body representing people affected by diabetes. They recognise the importance of supporting, empowering, and campaigning across all communities and for all people.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the finance and HR teams, you will be responsible for the smooth, accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll and related fortnightly, monthly and yearly administration.

As the Payroll Specialist, you will also be responsible for WorkCover related claims, reporting, payroll admin and providing support to the Human Resources team on Return-to-Work activities as required.

**About you**:

- Experience using ADP Payforce in a stand alone payroll position
- Award, Agreement and Legislation interpretation experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll including tax, FBT, salary packaging
- Excellent attention to details with a calm, thorough and flexible disposition
- Reporting & Reconciliation experience
- Understanding of HR related legislation and best practice, including OHS, WorkCover and EEO - desired
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
