Work close to home in Sunshine - Base salary + bonus + two company shares + your own office - Newly refurbished state of the art offices **THE COMPANY** Multinational manufacturing organisation with Australian HQ in Melbourne. **THE OPPORTUNITY** Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer will assist with the end-to-end payroll processing for over 300 Australian and New Zealand head office and site-based employees (fortnightly and monthly) as well as Annualised Salary monitoring and reconciliation including: - Interpreting Awards and EBA's - PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation payments - Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments - Providing accurate information in response to employee queries - Keep payroll system data current and ensure system is compliant with relevant Awards, tax, superannuation, IR laws and Workplace Agreements and other State Legislative Acts relating to both Australia and New Zealand **POSITIVES** The opportunity is available due to the retirement of the existing Payroll Officer. The business utilises two of the "best of breed" Payroll/T&A products in the Australian market (Preceda + Kronos). **CHALLENGES** Whilst not high in volume, the payroll is complex with a few EBA's. **IDEAL APPLICANTS** You will present with at least 3 years payroll processing experience in either a support capacity or someone looking to move out of a standalone position (so you can have a holiday and/or get sick on your terms) You will need to have experience with either Preceda or Kronos (current or in the past). **WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?** **David** on **03 9614 6558** for further information regarding this specific opportunity or to request a Position Description prior to submitting your resume.
