**Payroll & Contracts Analyst**

**Purpose of the role**:
To facilitate the payment of employee wages/salaries. The payroll & contract analyst will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager.

This role is a 2-3-month contract role with the potential to go permanent.

**Payroll Processing and Serviceability**:

- End to end full function Payroll for approx., 900 weekly (Award) and monthly (Non-Award) paid employees utilising PeopleSoft 9.2
- Carry out day to day payroll functions of data processing, including overtime calculations, ad hoc manual payments, manager and employee queries.
- Maintenance of employee details in PeopleSoft 9.2 Time and Labour and Global Payroll modules
- Effective customer service
- Follow process, procedures and policies
- Effective business partnering with HR, Operations, IT and Finance where required/appropriate

**Contracts Processing**:

- Review customer Purchase Orders (PO)
- Reconcile customer PO to SAP Sales Order (SO)
- Contract metrics

**Essential**
- Peoplesoft software or something similar
- Been in Payroll for 2 + years
- Can hit the ground running

**Desirable**
- SAP
