Position Summary

Due to growth we are searching for a extraordinary Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and customer goals.

Ultimately, you will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, account-based marketing and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organised multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

What you will be doing:

- Assisting in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
- Ensuring that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Preparing marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Supporting the development and maintenance of internal tools and platforms
- Building knowledge and education regularly with the sales organisation
- Assist in designing and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to produce marketing and sales collateral
- Identify and analyse competitors
- Craft clear product marketing copy
- Organise promotional activities for new product launches
- Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organising presentations, and updating calendars
- Communicating campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
- Planning meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

What you will bring with you:

- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Must have strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent similar tertiary qualification.
