Marketing Specialist

**Position Summary**
The Marketing Specialist will take charge of developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour, digital marketing trends, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to support product positioning and campaign development
- Create, edit, and localise marketing content (digital copy, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, etc.) in English and Mandarin, as required
- Manage the company’s social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, product design, management) to support business goals through aligned messaging
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Assist in planning and delivering promotional events, product showcases, and trade exhibitions
- Coordinate website content updates and support digital advertising initiatives including Google Ads and social media ads
**Skills & Experience**
- Bilingual communication ability in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficient with social media platforms, digital campaign tools, and content creation
- Knowledge of Australian market trends and consumer behaviour
- Strong organisational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
Pay: $78,000.00 per year
