We feel that owning an EV should be easier and more convenient than owning a petrol vehicle and are working hard to make that a reality. Our team headcount and revenues are growing quickly on the back of market demand and improved processes.

EVSE Australia is a leading supplier of EV charging solutions across the residential, fleet, commercial and public market segments.

In-house software (Exploren) and hardware (Ocular) brands are in need of direction to achieve their full potential.

**The Role**

Move the dial as we look to achieve our stretch goals for the remainder of F24 and F25.

Work with a Head of Marketing, Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Grahpic Designer / Media Specialist and Intern in the EVSE Marketing team to increase short term leads generated and longer term brand awareness. Regular contact with the 2 x 38 year old Founders and current CEOs.

EVSE needs another pair of hands to execute the tactical improvements within our strategy. We’re catering to the future of personal, fleet and commercial transport in Australia by charging EVs with a full service, turnkey solution for B2C customers and B2B client partnerships. There’s total cost of ownership, sustainability, decarbonization, Government, lobbying, industry support themes all at play in the race to own the EV market.

Current clients include Google, Amazon, Adelaide Airport, Federal Government, QLD Government, countless councils, universities, apartment blocks, sporting stadiums, Meriton, Mirvac, Kia, Hyundai and more.

**Key Competencies**
- Knowledge of conducting customer journey, brand, competitor, UX research
- Input on marketing strategy
- Management of a marketing budget with defined ROI
- Ecommerce testing and website improvements. Eg. AB testing, mouse and eye tracking
- Capturing high exposure PR opportunities
- Report on and recommend advertising mediums
- Agency management skills. Web development and search focus
- Search marketing for both SEM (PPC) and SEO (organic)
- Product launch and promotional planning examples
- Customer experience improvements for scripting, sales team interactions
- Lifecycle journey automated marketing
- Print advertising concepts and setup knowledge
- Affiliate marketing relationships
- Industry membership and trade show setup

**Required Experience**
- 5+ years full time work experience in marketing
- University degree preferred in business, commerce with a major in marketing, digital technology or communications / similar
- Content marketing using a consistent theme / CTA
- Ecommerce website experience
- Experience with multiple brands sold and managed under the same parent company
- Enjoys testing and being data driven, checking campaign performance
- Suggests and implements new procedures
- Learns a product lineup quickly
- Application of legal requirements in advertising
- Knowledge of multiple tools including Google Adwords, Analytics, Social Media platforms, Microsoft Office, Outlook, CMS (we use Wordpress), CRM (we use Hubspot)
- Comfortable in online or in-person client and partner meetings
- Considers the values of the company they work for
- Doesn’t require hand holding after initial training
- Makes the most of their most valuable resource; time

This role is a full time role, in the Silverwater NSW office. There is no hybrid or WFH possible as we work together in the Team to grow quickly.

**Salary**: $125,000.00 per year
