Product Marketing Manager

We're a fast-growing Australian business in the health & convenience space. We're building a modern customer experience and strengthening our digital presence as we grow.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can blend creativity, analysis, and execution to support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand development. This role suits someone hands-on, curious, and confident moving between strategy and delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across paid channels and CRM.
  • Manage and optimise Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Develop and brief creative content across social, ads, email, and landing pages.
  • Manage general website updates and ensure a smooth user journey.
  • Analyse performance and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with product and customer needs.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth, with demonstrated impact.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, targeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to translate insight into action — creative, analytical, and commercially aware.
  • Clear communication, good organisation, and collaborative working style.
  • An ownership mindset — someone who sees things through and enjoys building.
