Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a visually creative, social media savvy and clever marketing university student (currently studying or recently finished is perfect) to assist our team with digital marketing activities, planning and content creation across our brands. You will also be an excellent story teller visually, verbally and in your written communication skills because you will play a really incredible role in how our brand is perceived across all aspects of our business.

You will work across several divisions of our business and various brands as part of this position and complete a variety of different activities including:

- Create static and video content that is edited beautifully and professionally.
- Coordinate new product releases and planning with our Operations team.
- Share product marketing ideas for new product releases including mood and vision boards with creative inspiration.
- Plan, create and implement social media content across various channels TikTok and Instagram - you will be our visual lead and equally, you will have an excellent understanding of social content. We are seeking someone who understands building connections with our audience and how to create trending, fun content that starts a conversion with our current and future audience whilst driving a beautiful brand aesthetic.
- Coordinate content with our brand partners and team.
- Create brand content that will include product, ingredient demonstrations, routine demonstrations, fun office content and TikTok style content.

To be successful in this role, it is really important for you to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where quality, teamwork and putting our customers at the priority of everything we do is paramount. You also must be an attention to detail superstar and enjoy learning new things and systems. This is not the role for someone who likes repetition, you really need to love having lots of things going on at once both short and long term.

Key skills:

- Photography and videography skills - SLR camera understanding is preferred.
- Experienced taking beautiful, visually strong content on the phone.
- Creates your own personal visual story board or have done so for other brands.
- Resilient, goal focused.
- Exceptional written and creative communication skills.
- Fast learner, efficient and exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of modern social media practices including Instagram and Tiktok.
- Create your own content on your social channels (or another brand).
- Experience in customer service (customers are everything)
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn these ideas into credible actions.
- Comfortable with managing deadlines tightly individually and with the team.

We are looking for someone to start 1, 2 or 3 shorter days per week between the hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm. We are flexible on the days with what suits you and your schedule.

This position is located at Silverwater - street parking is available (public transport can be tricky depending on where you are based in Sydney, we encourage you to check if our location is suitable for you as this is an in office position).

Unfortunately this is not a remote working role, all work will be completed at our offices at Silverwater.
