**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to join Nelson Alexander at our Kew office.

You will have your own portfolio to manage (assisted by Leasing Managers and Admin support). Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to work as part of a fast paced, high performing team who are a close knit, supportive and all round great bunch of people to work with

This role is Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays with time in lieu.

**Who we are looking for**
This opening requires an experienced Property Manager, someone who has managed their own portfolio for a minimum of 2 years and is confident with all aspects of day to day management. Communication skills will be well defined, you can take the challenges well in your stride. As a requirement you will have;
- Minimum of 2 years previous portfolio experience
- Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
- Reliable motor vehicle and current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A really strong client focus and shared values
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
- Great customer service skills
