About the position:

Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all physical security measures across Cullen’s global operations, including access control, alarms, surveillance, and safes.
- Ensure all systems are well maintained, secure, and support operational needs without impacting the client experience.
- Plan and oversee security installations and upgrades for new and existing locations, in collaboration with the Property & Expansion team.
- Oversee service contracts, performance standards, and escalation procedures across all regions.
- Act as the primary contact for all security incidents, coordinating responses and follow-ups, and reporting.
- Partner with People & Culture to align security policies with work health and safety (WHS) frameworks, wellbeing initiatives, legislative requirements and reflect Cullen’s values.
- Coordinate ongoing training and scenario exercises to build capacity, confidence, and preparedness across the business.
What are we seeking?
- Proven experience managing security operations across multiple sites or within a complex corporate or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of physical security systems, technologies, and risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, vendors, and multi-site security operations effectively.
- Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with WHS and compliance requirements.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing business needs.
What we offer:
In addition to a competitive remuneration package, and the ability to work in a beautiful office location in the heart of Kew, we offer all our team members with a range of benefits including:
- A supportive and collaborative work environment;
- An Employee Assistance Program for you and a family member to utilise;
