Quantity Surveyor

Facilities Management Quantity Surveyor specialize in the ongoing management and maintenance of the Carmelite Monastery's facilities with a focus on financial aspects of facilities management, including cost control, budgeting and contract administration throughout the operational lifecycle of a building or facility.

**Requirements**:

- Work with maintenance staff to create a maintenance register for all buildings and equipment in Kew and Mt Martha including a number of rental properties.
- Create database of existing suppliers and identify all maintenance agreements held with suppliers.
- Review existing budgets and manage capital and maintenance budgets.
- Provide quarterly maintenance report outlining work in planning, progress, and completed with cost vs budget.
- Write and maintain all procurement processes.
- Update Health and Safety Manuals provided by Peninsula to be site specific for Kew and Mt Martha.
- Write and maintain Health and Safety induction processes for Kew and Mt Martha.
- You may be required to perform other duties that falls outside your job title and key job duties.
- You undertake to work to the best of the ability and to use your best endeavours to promote, develop and extend the Company’s business and interest.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kew VIC 3101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
