**Assistant / Strata Manager**
Inner East Strata Management is expanding and we're on the lookout for a fantastic person to join our friendly team in East Kew, Melbourne. Theis casual/part-time role of an Assistant Strata Manager is to support our senior managers while handling a variety of admin and management tasks. Must have a strong customer focus with good communication and problem-solving skills and be proficient in Outlook and MS Word & Excel.

Training and support to advance to the role of Strata Manager.

Lots of variety in this dynamic world of strata management. Would suit a mature person local to Kew East with a background in admin or property management or similar role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Outlook: 5 years (preferred)
- client liaison / management: 5 years (preferred)

- Reliable vehicle & mobile phone (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
