Strata Manager

We are looking for a mature Strata Manager to assist us in growing our boutique business located in Kew, Melbourne. You will be working alongside the director and will need to be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.

**Key skills required**:
Business development skills

Superior personal and written presentation

Conflict management / dispute resolution skills

Honest and ethical with high performance standards

Good knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006

Experience in **Mystrata / Strataware** or similar software

**Duties will include, but not limited to **

Setting up new client records

Establishing new business networks

Administration and preparation of budgets

Organising repairs, maintenance and projects

Convene, conduct and take minutes of meetings

Insurance quotes, claims and obtaining valuations

**Details**:
This position may be offered on a casual / part time basis in the first instance. Remuneration based on experience. A qualification in strata, property, business or accounting would be an advantage. Vehicle and police check required.

**Note**: Those with limited property services experience but with a positive attitude and an interest in strata management should still send their resume and references for consideration.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
