**The Role**
The APS 4 Product Support Officer role contributes to the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance to allocated materiel logistic platforms and systems through undertaking compliance and assurance of a contracted workforce. Achieved by undertaking random site visits, verification of work order timings and costs against baselines, and maintenance quality control including monitoring customer feedback and undertaking customer, relationship management.

As an APS4 maintenance systems officer you will support the team to:

- Contribute to the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance to allocated materiel logistic platforms and systems in accordance with legislative and organisational
- Assist in the development and implementation of materiel logistics plans, processes and procedures related to the maintenance support system for allocated systems.
- Understand the reasons for decisions and explain how they are relevant to their

**About our Team**
