**About You**
- Hospital sales experience with a proven track record of achievement. You must have either an educational background that gives you clinical grounding in Orthopaedics/Human Anatomy or have direct sales experience in Orthopaedics e.g. Joints, Trauma, Extremities, Spine, Sports Med, CMF
- We would also consider applicants with a relevant Clinical Support background who are interested in progressing to a sales role.
- Understanding of the operating theatre environment, surgical procedures, hospital protocols and sales cycles
- Strong business acumen, resilient and results driven, with good customer service skills
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
- Strong collaborative nature to work as a team, and highly organised and autonomous as a field-based representative

**About the Role**

As the Territory Sales Rep Hip & Knee reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities across an exclusive and prestigious Metro Melbourne territory on the cutting edge of technology with a real opportunity to expand and increase market share. Key responsibilities include:

- Implementing initiatives/strategies to promote new business and drive territory sales
- Developing strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and growing existing customer base through excellent support and service
- Providing intraoperative support during surgeries, and managing in-service training to encourage and maximise use of products
- Participating in product launches, presenting demos, and attending trade shows as required
- Collaborating with the greater sales team to implement territory sales strategies to achieve business objectives
