**Full-Time Sales Representative - Lighting Industry Specialist**

We are a leading provider of innovative and high-quality lighting solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the commercial, residential, and architectural lighting sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored lighting solutions.
- Presenting and demonstrating our range of lighting products and services effectively.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the lighting sector.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular sales reports.
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Essential**: Proven experience as a Sales Representative within the **lighting industry with a vast clients data base.**:

- Established network of contacts within the electrical contractors, architect and designers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
