**Salary**:A$160,000-180,000 per annum - ** Job type**:Permanent - ** Location**:Sydney - ** Sector**:Business Support - ** Job Ref**:64735 **About this role**: Lead a vibrant and accomplished Sydney Building and Interior Design studio in the role of Practice Manager. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, and be the "go-to" person for a friendly team of staff. Within this role there is a chance to grow and develop a wide skill-set. **Key responsibilities** - General upkeep of the studio space, including set-up for meetings - Financial administration, including invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll - Key stakeholder relationship management including client agreements, variations, budgets and reporting - Overseeing new business and bid processes - Update and review documentation standards and protocols - Manage communications and social media outputs - Some assistance to directors in PR and diary management - HR administration, including policy writing and recruitment - Organise social events and outings for staff as required **Skills and experience** - Maintaining supplies of consumables and stationary - 3+ years experience of studio or practice management within architecture or design - Understanding of project management, business development and financial forecasting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in various software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Xero Rennel Richardson Bio: Rennel studied Interior Design at CATC, part of The Billy Blue College of Design before founding a boutique Interior Design firm in Sydney that specialised in residential interiors.
