**About this role**:
Lead a vibrant and accomplished Sydney Building and Interior Design studio in the role of Practice Manager.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, and be the "go-to" person for a friendly team of staff. Within this role there is a chance to grow and develop a wide skill-set.

**Key responsibilities**
- General upkeep of the studio space, including set-up for meetings
- Financial administration, including invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll
- Key stakeholder relationship management including client agreements, variations, budgets and reporting
- Overseeing new business and bid processes
- Update and review documentation standards and protocols
- Manage communications and social media outputs
- Some assistance to directors in PR and diary management
- HR administration, including policy writing and recruitment
- Organise social events and outings for staff as required

**Skills and experience**
- Maintaining supplies of consumables and stationary
- 3+ years experience of studio or practice management within architecture or design
- Understanding of project management, business development and financial forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in various software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Xero

Rennel originally joined Bespoke in the architecture team and now utilises her knowledge to help recruit salespeople, business developers, marketers and support staff across Sydney’s architectural and interior product markets.
