Some examples of the projects and key activities you will work on are refreshing and building marketing and attraction activities, planning out and implementing calendars of activity to ensure delivery of strategy and concreting the right relationships to ensure success.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Recruitment experience in a volume or fluid environment where you have used international and agency sourcing channels
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects in a complex environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to create change
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
