**Package**:$70k-$85k

Our services include casual staff replacement and teacher and executive-level recruitment across the Early Childhood and Schools sectors.

As our new Account Manager in the Schools Division, you'll work alongside our experienced consultants to build and manage a high-volume desk, providing temporary staffing solutions to schools. This includes supporting company initiatives, establishing relationships with clients, and generating new business. Weekly client visits to schools in your management area will also be expected. This role is suited to anyone from an entry-level to an established consultant background.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Education market knowledge and experience _(preferred)_
- A successful recruitment or sales background _(preferred)_
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of delivering outstanding customer outcomes
- A growth mindset and a drive to succeed
- A valid Driver's License and Working with Children Check _(volunteer)_
