About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director and General Manager, you will play an active role driving client strategy and relationships, overseeing the delivery of integrated communications programs and demonstrating business leadership. Your role is both strategic and collaborative, with a focus on ensuring client objectives are achieved and expectations exceeded, while contributing to the development of a positive, high-performance workplace.

What we're looking for:

  • A natural communicator with a passion for the built environment and proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director in an agency setting, with 6-8+ years across marketing, communications or management.
  • Commercially astute, with strong communication and leadership skills that inspire teams, influence outcomes and deliver exceptional service.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to juggle competing priorities, manage performance, and respond effectively to changing client needs.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a drive to produce polished, engaging and impactful content.
  • Strong relationship builder with a track record of delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experienced in growing client portfolios — from nurturing existing partnerships to generating new business opportunities.
  • Skilled in business development, including proposal writing, creative ideation, strategy development, budget forecasting, leading workshops and onboarding new clients.
