Ict SEO Account Manager

Due to a recent growth in clients. We're looking for a reliable, experienced ICT Account Manager to join our team at SEO Melbourne with world-class digital marketing skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities for the ICT Account Manager include:

- Managing our client relationships with existing clients
- Developing relationships with prospective new clients
- Working with our existing clients to ensure their SEO & digital marketing needs are being met
- Identifying new opportunities where our clients could benefit from SEO & digital marketing services which they may not be using
- Assessing the needs of our clients from a strategic, operational and digital marketing point of view and communicating this information to our development and marketing team
- Discussing timeframes, delivery schedules and managing the expectations of our clients
- Working with the marketing and development team in preparing SEO & digital marketing proposals for new clients
- Maintaining regular communication with our clients to ensure they receive great customer service in a manner which reflects who we are
- Answering queries from our clients and working with our development and digital marketing team to ensure our clients’ needs are met
- Undertaking market analysis of our competitors products and services to ensure we remain at the forefront of our SEO & digital marketing offerings

Process Improvement responsibilities
- Contributing to the evolution of relevant processes and documentation in collaboration with teammates

**Hours**

This position is based on full-time working hours.
- 37.5 hour week; Mon-Fri (exc. any lunch breaks or personal meetings)
- Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends rarely
- Your actual daily start and finish times can be flexible, as long as you are completing your weekly hours
