**The Agency**
This agency's service is to assist businesses launch and maintain new websites, major campaigns, rebranding and brand development.

**The Role**
- As an Account Manager within an eCommerce Digital Agency, your key role and responsibilities are to ensure the successful completion of your client's tasks, partnering with developers and other team members, to ensure solutions are on-time, on-budget and fit for purpose.
- You will need to retain your client base through a highly effective service, achieve revenue targets through opportunity creation, build meaningful relationships and rapport. You'll be running regular client WIPs (phone, video, in person) with a set agenda including an open task review, roadmap discussion, goal alignment and strategise.
- You must be a keen problem solver with the ability to independently manage client escalations and frustrations by offering insightful, realistic and achievable solutions.
- Due to their client base and nature of projects, experience in the use and high understanding of **Shopify is essential.**
- Our client will be keen for you to take on some leadership responsibilities and act as a 'Buddy' for Account Executives. This is a mentoring programme they have in place to share your expertise and provide suggestions on different approached to solving problems, managing tasks and the day-to-day effective habits of an Account Manager.
