**_What do we require: _**
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management; 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated product management and change management experience
- Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
- Proven ability to lead and manage sprint delivery process
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Business acumen with good project management skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
