One of the best CRM roles in the market today, working on an international prestige brand managing the execution of sophisticated data-driven campaigns.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll be part of a small team with responsibility for all CRM and CX activities across a range of products. Starting with strategic and campaign planning, you’ll then work closely with multiple parts of the business to understand objectives and refine the brief. The business has a close partnership with their agency, so you’ll collaborate with them to deliver and implement these campaigns, as well as working with other internal resources and teams. The focus of the role is optimising engagement at key customer touchpoints, so you’ll use Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as ongoing data analytics to identify and address opportunities. Working across acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns, you’ll also play a key role as the business transitions to a new eCommerce channel. The role has a regional remit, and you’ll also work extensively with overseas Marketing teams.
