A fantastic opportunity is currently available to join a leading national retailer as a CRM Engagement Specialist. Joining the loyalty team you will play a key role supporting the development and execution of all loyalty activities across B2B & B2C customer segments.

**The Role**:

Reporting into the Loyalty Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of all loyalty activities across channels as a part of the Insider Rewards loyalty program. This includes supporting the development and execution of loyalty through behaviour driven multi-channel, journey based communications including omni-channel, targeting and ‘surprise and delight’ communication, post purchase and member lifecycle triggers delivered through innovative and dynamic campaigns, resulting in high converting programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the development and execution of all loyalty activities across channels as a part of the loyalty program.
- Manage and coordinate audience targeting and segmenting to align with strategic and campaign objectives to influence key performance targets
- Support the Loyalty Manager to develop, execute and maintain defined customer lifecycle and engagement strategies and solutions across omni-channel platforms to support high converting strategic objectives including but not limited to acquisition, growth, retention, win back, abandoned cart, and data capture strategies
- Collaborate with the wider internal stakeholders to identify, recommend and develop data driven opportunities to drive customer conversion.
- Implement personalisation and dynamic content in all communications
- Develop and maintain a program of Test & Learn activity to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure an integrated experience for loyalty with all brand collateral across all channels including eDM, DM, display, social and other relevant outbound activities
**Key Requirements**:
- Basic HTML knowledge would be an advantage.
- Previous database management experience and analytical skills with a competence in reviewing and understanding data
- High level of professionalism and a passion for customer service
- A desire to achieve results-based campaign goals
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas
- Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines across multiple projects
- Enjoy problem-solving, developing ideas and a flair for creative
