Redpath have an emerging opportunity an experienced Proposals & Marketing Coordinator to join the team based in our Head Office in Eagle Farm, Brisbane.

We specialise in the shaft sinking, mine development, contract mining, raiseboring, underground construction, coal mining, engineering & technical services and specialty services to the underground industry

**About the role**

The Proposals Coordinator works closely with the tendering and marketing teams, to develop high quality tenders and marketing content with an emphasis on business values and branding.

Using your highly creative with strong graphic design skills, you will be responsible for the development of tender related documents, and marketing collateral. You will have a keen interest in writing bespoke and tailored response documents with an emphasis on key massages and win themes.

This is a role where you have the ability to demonstrate your creative flare, through development of a broad range publications for internal and external use. You will develop marketing collateral to support tenders, operations and trade events and responsible for development of processes and templates to improve the content and delivery of the business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Document creation, editing, proofreading and formatting as per Redpath standards
- Format proposal documents ensuring strong brand awareness
- Implement style guides, visuals and templates for high quality proposals
- Administrative support to the Tendering and Marketing departments as required
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to Redpath and client information
- SharePoint document management

**Essential Criteria and Skills required**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong focus on tender preparation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to generate creative ideas and transfer these to persuasive written material
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Tender and marketing support exposure, within a contracting organisation
- Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring critical decision making and ownership
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
