Bellwether have been providing Project Management and Engineering Support services to private and government clients across Australia since our inception in 2011, and are led by a hands-on management team. 

Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia's biggest and iconic infrastructure projects. 

Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a Tender & Marketing  Coordinator to be based in our Brisbane CBD head office. We're looking for an acute organiser who can provide high level support with tender submissions, CV writing, procedure manuals, marketing strategies, and can create and format documents to be used for business development, and to support wider tenders / bids. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of support to the business which will predominantly focus on marketing and tender support / submissions
  • Research and edit content, work closely with the various business units to understand project / tender requirements
  • Ensure tenders are managed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create proposals and tender documentation that demonstrate Bellwether's value proposition to prospective clients
  • Develop graphics and written content for marketing material such as capability statements and project case studies
  • Tracking upcoming tender opportunities and panel submissions through various portals

The ideal person will have the following skills:

  • Ability to interpret tender documents and the key requirements for submissions
  • Ability to produce high quality content that captures Bellwether's unique selling points
  • Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
  • A good work ethic and able to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the construction / engineering sector would be an advantage
  • An intermediate / advanced user of MS Office Suite and related software - in particular MS Word (formatting documents etc), Adobe, PDF Architect, Excel
  • Graphic/ Indesign skills would be advantageous
