**Position Summary**

This position is to support the Brisbane business development function through the implementation of local and national strategies, to assist business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manipulation of Databases to create market intelligence and target prospect distribution lists.
- Support CRM implementation within the Brisbane office.
- Proactively populate and manage the CRM database and produce dashboard reports for monitoring Brisbane Office contacts, leads, opportunities and wins.
- Provide administrative support to local BD, including setting up meetings, minute taking and agenda distribution.
- Coordination of sponsorship activities, including booking tickets and coordinating table arrangements.
- Work with OMP, National Marketing and Brisbane Marketing Manager in relation to marketing and promotional activities, including brochures, banners, office signage and profiles.
- Provide assistance to the Brisbane office with cross divisional and office wide client events, including executing invitation mailouts, managing RSVPs, liaising with caterers and suppliers and event coordination.
- Assistance with the coordination and execution of marketing and brand campaigns.
- Provide assistance and support to Brisbane Partners with Brisbane and National Marketing requests as required.
- Support creation and sharing of social media posts for Brisbane Partners and Principals.
- Assist with implementation and delivery of national marketing strategies for Brisbane.
- Support with proposals and client pitches, including research and assistance in drafting.
- **Education Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business related qualifications with Majors in Business Development, Marketing or Communications.
- Understanding of contemporary marketing philosophies and practices.
- Advanced PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and desktop publishing skills (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred).
