- **The Role **We have a vacancy for a Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic and focused group of property specialists and assist with marketing, event, communication, and web technologies to achieve our business growth goals and effectively connect our brand with our Clients. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter with innovative ideas to improve client experience we would like to meet you.

**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Demonstrable event co-ordination experience
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices including social media, Google Adwords, Google Analytics
- A mature friendly approach to duties with a client focus and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Property industry knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Experience in Canva and Wordpress with PropertyHub experience an advantage

**Core Duties and Responsibilities** **Administrative and clerical support to the team and Directors**
- Build strong client relationships through social media interaction
- Arrange Client functions and in house training events
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Establish best practices in digital marketing including developing policies as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing
- Produce management and sales proposals in Canva
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and provide feedback
- Monitor, input data and maintain the CRM databases and website to highest standard as required
- Assist Directors and the Team as necessary
- Telephone duties and general administration support as required
- Manage advertising needs, brochures, photography, media as required
- Participate and contribute to weekly activities including team meetings and knowledge updates
- Be prepared to learn a variety of aspects of the property industry and support other team members
