We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join a specialist team of in-house client engagement professionals that help Hatch win work. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of regional key pursuits, working with Pursuit Managers and proposal teams to develop professional and differentiated proposals. You will assist in the coordination and planning efforts for training workshops and will also support regional opportunity reporting efforts. You will be supported by embedded Client Action Team best practices, tools and templates and resources.
- Support the Client Action Team in the delivery of regional key pursuits which includes:

- Proposal planning and coordination efforts (kickoff, reviews, etc), attend meetings, note minutes and actions, distributing/following up as required.
- Pursuit proposal & presentation development efforts through document management,formatting collation of inputs, content editing and proofing.
- Coordinate the efforts to develop and tailor project experience content, CV’s/biographies, etc, ensuring alignment with the project scope.
- Organise the development of capability material and information.
- Assist with other follow-up activities to proposals where required such as RFI’s, tender clarifications, etc.
- Ensure document control and filing/storage of all documents relating to proposals.
- Facilitate the delivery of training workshops through coordination efforts, planning and engagement.
- Support the delivery of regional opportunity reporting and follow-up tasks.
- Ongoing maintenance and development of the AUA Proposal Development site, boilerplate content and CV library.
- Provide administrative support and aid requests within the Client Action Team.
- Promote and support the use of the Total Client Management (TCM) system, ensuring opportunities are managed in aligning with the Hatch Pursuit Governance Framework.

**You bring to the role**:

- Positive and enthusiastic energy and attitude.
- Minimum 2 years experience working on proposal as a coordinator. Experience in one of Hatch’s core industries (Mining, Energy or Infrastructure) is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools - Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Immediate knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project beneficial.
- Proficient communication skills, including aptitude to coordinate the collection of content and proof written material.
- High level attention to detail.
- Autonomous flexibility to re-prioritise work based on changing priorities and deadlines. Prioritise and multitask within a fast-paced, challenging and highly interactive deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, ability to manage workload efficiently and meet all deadlines.
