**About the role**:
MPK is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our Estimating team, based in Brisbane Support Office. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination of all activities associated with Expression of Interest, Prequalification/Tender preparation, generation, review, production, presentation, submission, contributing to maximising success in securing new work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end submissions coordination, submission life cycle from lead to contract.
- Document control of all documents received from Clients during the pre-contract stage
- Scheduling of meetings required for submissions.
- Plan bid coordination with the estimating, operations and business development teams.
- Maintenance of Submissions SharePoint.
- Compile, maintenance and distribution of registers.
- Coordinate the production of all bids in accordance with MPC policies and procedures
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all bid team members ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and goals during bid activities
- Administer and coordinate team discussions/updates/progress
- Coordinate MPK bid processes
- Collaborate to ensure bid team and other stakeholders contribute positively to the MPK bid process
- Lead in the production and formatting of bids
- Monitor the quality of all bids submissions, reviewing and editing where necessary to ensure consistency of messaging and emphasis of MPK’s key strengths

Liaise and collaborate with external consultants/resources as required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:

- Formal qualifications, including graduate or post graduate studies, are considered highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in coordination of bids in a related industry sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant work stream categories, coupled with industry exposure and critical skills ability.
- Clear and definitive communication - written and verbal.
- Broad understanding of bid processes.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and all relevant in-house software.
- Strong coordination, communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
