**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the People & Payroll team. The Onboarding Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing the onboarding for Team Members in Australia & New Zealand and providing administrative support to the People Team. You will be an integral part of supporting the People Team in all aspects by having a 'Make it Happen' attitude and being a brand ambassador.
**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Set up new Team members in payroll and time and attendance system
- Generation of contracts for all new Retail Team members
- Maintaining and filing of all relevant payroll documentation
- Setting up of Team member electronic files
- Liaise with retail management on new hires and changes
- Maintenance of Team Members in the Time and Attendance system
- Supporting the wider People and Payroll teams with administration duties as required
**To be considered for this opportunity, you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar data entry / administrative role
- Experience working in a retail and/or hospitality business (not necessarily within HR function) will be highly regarded
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Payroll System, Time & Attendance System (Chris 21, Timeteq / Riteq) would be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail including high accuracy, whilst being thorough and ability to monitor work for quality
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt and modify to change quickly as the business continues to grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable with the ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
