Description
As a Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across a large and complex workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing including wages, salaries, overtime, and bonuses
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate payslips, tax forms, and reports
- Ensure compliance with employment tax laws, awards, and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll processes
- Participate in payroll-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
- Exposure to high-volume complex payroll functions will be looked upon favourably
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering great service
