Onboarding Coordinator
  • Monday 29th September

  • $32.66 per hour + super

  • Initial 8-week contract (minimum) with strong potential for extensions thereafter

  • Work onsite in Clayton with a supportive and collaborative team

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 
About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused candidate to join our client's team in Clayton. In this role, you'll play an important part in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the rapid onboarding of new customers

  • Conduct simple intake assessments with professionalism and accuracy

  • Manage all documentation related to customer onboarding

  • Perform clean and accurate data entry across multiple systems

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the process

What We're Looking For

  • Strong data entry and administration skills with attention to detail

  • Experience navigating systems confidently

  • A background in customer service or client-facing support roles

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities

  • Available to start Monday 29th September
