We have a newly created and unique opportunity for a National Business Manager to join our Alternate Channel team based in North Sydney.

**Who are the Alternate Channel Team?**

The Alternate Channel team currently manages some of CCEP’s largest customers including ALDI, Costco and Amazon. The team partner with relevant customer stakeholders at all levels to develop and evolve execution of Joint Business Plans to support CCEP strategic growth aspirations within each customer.

**What’s the role?**

This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of joint business plan initiatives with each customer as well as work cross functionally across multiple stakeholders including brand partners, Category, Digital, Portfolio team and Finance.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Directly manage our relationship with ALDI, Costco, Amazon ensuring delivery of market share growth and strong internal metrics
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new business opportunities ensuring profitable growth for CCEP
- Identify the areas of influence and determine the optimal approach to maximise ROI for CCEP and the customer

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in managing customers at a national level.
- Understanding of the development of a national promotional program and the factors that influence its success.
- Demonstrated ability performing digital & data analysis along with established skills in converting that data into actionable insights.
- Highly developed written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior level management.
- Open mindset with a willingness to learn and explore ideas from other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parties and tasks within a fast-paced environment
