With locations across Australia, the National Logistics Manager will be based in Sydney and required to travel to our state-of-the art manufacturing warehouses and offices across all states. You will give direction, and takes responsibility for all warehouse and logistics employees.

**About the Role**: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the National Logistics Manager will take ownership of all warehouse operations and facilities. You will manage and oversee storage and distribution of goods and be accountable for the right products, being delivered to the right location on time and within budget. This will include prioritization, transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods thought the business. Your natural ability to communicate, adapt and relate, will drive long-lasting key relationships across the business with internal and external stakeholders. **About you**: To succeed in this role, you will leverage your leadership and experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Inventory and People Management. Be a proactive, detailed
- orientated, organised, enthusiastic team player. Be consultative with good communication skills and the ability to respond well to change. You will be level-headed and down to earth with exemplary standards of ethical conduct and professional judgment. You will thrive on balancing the immediate demands of meeting daily operational requirements with the longer-term strategy. You will have a good grasp of budgets and reporting in order to clearly communicate targets to your colleagues and management team. You will be able to travel at least 2-3 times a month to visit our manufacturing hubs and warehouse facilities across all states.
- At least 5 years' experience in a warehousing and logistics management role.
- Sound knowledge of Warehousing, Freight and IT programs such as M1
- Batchelor of Business (logistics supply chain management) or similar is highly desirable.
- An ability to travel and work regularly both intra-state and inter-state.
- Strong attention to detail to drive inventory accuracy.
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
- Prior experience and interest in mining will be a bonus but not essential.
- Must possess excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- The ability to handle conflicting priorities, remaining calm and composed whilst responding well to pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Have strong commercial acumen coupled with an ability to influence outcomes.
- A great attitude - happy to do what is needed to support the wider team.
- A natural leader, engaging nature to ensure a genuine collaboration and team spirit and motivates and positively influences others to achieve goals.
- Excellent communicate skills to negotiate positive outcomes with external parties and deliver on outcomes and improve the distribution process.
