
National New Business Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated sales leader to join our team in an exciting period of growth.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, New Business, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new business of National and Multi site accounts in the On-the-Go Channel for the Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (ALB) brands.
We’re immensely proud of our large portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages consumers know and love - think Schweppes, Cool Ridge, Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, and Lipton just to name a few
**This role has the flexibility to sit in Victoria, NSW or QLD.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities with the focus on National Accounts and State Multi Site Groups.
- Develop relationships with key industry participants including retailers, franchise owners, to ensure early engagement into new business opportunities.
- Negotiate new business contracts in line with business guardrails.
- Work with National Business Manager and State New Business Manager’s to provide input for the implementation of the new business strategic plan.
- Engage with all stakeholders within Asahi business, such as Finance, Category, Marketing, SETS to effectively plan and onboard new accounts.
- Understand customer strategic direction and leverage with ALB initiatives to deliver growth.
- Deliver contracted new business accounts.
**About You**:
- You have a proven track record in successful customer relationships, new business and field sales experience at a national level.
- You are passionate about customers and consumers whilst being agile and resilient.
- You have strong commercial sales acumen and analytical skills to effectively manage sales volume and financials and provide customers with tailored solutions that is mutually beneficial.
- You are a confident, polished presenter who is equally comfortable presenting to a room of potential new customers as you are 1 to 1.
- You have exceptional communication skills and work collaboratively.
- Have excellent time management and an organised approach to planning in advance.
- You have your finger on the pulse and think outside the box.
