Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team Managing the Operations in the Building Maintenance Industry We Provide Facility Maintenance Services for all trades to a wide range of clientele in both domestic and commercial sectors Nationally.

Based in Sydney, we are seeking an experienced and driven **Building Maintenance Coordinator** to manage and oversee our operations and contribute to the growth and success of our business. If you have previous experience in a similar role, a background in the trade industry, and possess the ability to help build and manage a business, this full-time position is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilise your experience and expertise in the trade industry to contribute to business growth and expansion.
- Maintain regular communication with all team members to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee Scheduling and coordinate jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a **Building Maintenance Coordinator, Managing Operations **is essential.
- Previous experience within the trade industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and clients.
- Ability to contribute to business development, identify opportunities, and implement strategies.
- Proficiency in scheduling, job coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
- Implementing and managing KPI’s

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
