**Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator (Part-Time)
- $35 per hour plus super.**

Are you an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills looking for a flexible role? We are seeking a part-time Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to join our commercial real estate agency in Macquarie Park. This role is ideal for a parent with school-aged children, offering convenient hours and a supportive environment.

**About the Role**

As our Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator, you will be a central point of contact for tradespeople, tenants, and property owners. You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of repairs and maintenance for our commercial property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with tenants and property owners to understand repair and maintenance requests.
- Obtaining quotes, raising work orders, and tracking job progress.
- Coordinating and scheduling tradespeople for various maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring timely completion of repairs and a high standard of work.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating updates to all stakeholders using our specialised software (full training provided).

**About You**
- Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.

**Hours and Location**
- Part-time position: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (these days are required)
- Location: Our office in Macquarie Park with some site visits.
