**About the position**
Statewide FM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration & Service Coordinator to join our team at Arndell Park on a full time basis. Working closely alongside other team members you will play a role of coordination of technicians and liaising with customers, technicians, suppliers, and management.
This role has the opportunity to lead to a management position for the right person.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Coordination of technicians, ensuring recurring maintenance services and breakdowns are attended to within timeframes
- Data entry, processing of technicians reports and invoicing of jobs
- Quote and estimation of domestic and commercial repair work
- Management of plant and equipment register
- Provide administrative support across the office as required
- Positively manage field staff and keep field them accountable to meeting their KPIs and organisational cultural values. Specific KPIs for productivity, job card completion, customer service/feedback, onsite workmanship - escalating any areas of concern
- The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
- You must have a vibrant personality and present the organisation in a professional manner.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Simpro would be an advantage

- Efficient data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
