**Women & Leadership Australia (WLA)** is looking for an Events Administrator to join its dynamic team and support in the delivery of the various national events and Symposiums.

**Working with the Events Team, tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Deliver the day-to-day administration tasks for all events as per the requirements of the organisation and team, pre, post, and during all events.
- Follow administrative processes and maintain records.
- Stakeholder management aimed at meeting objectives that fosters trust in the WLA brand.
- Where needed, travel to events to provide support on the day.

This role may require interstate travelling.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:
Essential:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar administration role/s.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in communicating and working collaboratively with diverse audiences.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders within a close-knit team.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow established processes.
- Keen eye for detail.

Desirable:

- Certificate in Business Administration or similar.
- Ability and knowledge of travel booking with FCM.
- Demonstrated experience using booking management and/or CRM.
- Experience within an organisation that is small-medium, where flexibility and agility is key.
- Understanding of gender equity, diversity, and inclusion theory and practice, and current trends/issues in leadership theory and practice.
