**About the role**

The Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning and delivery of a high-quality program of events. Working with a range of internal & external stakeholders this role is pivotal in the businesses' ability to run events ranging from webinars, seminars to gala award nights.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Events Team in the coordination and professional delivery of the events program including seminars, webinars, Awards programs, auctioneering competitions, lunches and other networking functions.
- Provide support in the promotion of the events program and work with the marketing team to develop appropriate marketing material
- Manage event/webinar registrations.
- Respond to all event enquiries in a timely manner.
- Speaker, venue and supplier liaison.
- Event administration including preparation of runsheets, scripts, presentations, nametags, attendee lists, evaluations, post-event follow up etc.
- Liaise with event partners to ensure agreed partnership benefits are delivered.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the coordination/administration of events.
- Well-developed administration and organisation skills.
- IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience working with budgets.
- Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
