About the Role
As the Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sponsorship and Exhibition team with logistics across various industries. You'll coordinate with sponsors, exhibitors, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all event requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with research and identification of potential sponsors.
- Prepare sponsorship prospectus collateral.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and exhibitors.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics with contractors, venues, and suppliers.
- Manage registration processes and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship entitlements and financial transactions.
- Process invoices and follow up on payments.
- Provide administrative support, including phones and ad hoc tasks.
About You
- At least three years' experience in customer service and administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
